(Title 19, CCR, 904 (1) &NFPA 25) Provide five (5) year service and testing fot~the automatic fire sprinkler system and fire pump. The last five (5) year test was conducted in April of 2005. Z. (Title 19, CCR, 904.1 (b) Records' of al! inspections shall be retained on the premises by the building owner or system owner for a period of five (5) years after the next required inspection. 3. (Title 19, GCR, 901, Table 5.1) Provide regular inspecfions and testing in accordance with Table 5.1 and maintain the records for the automatic fire sprinkler system and fire pump. The last test was conducted on 10121-23!08. See attached Table 5.1. 4. The Office of the State Fire Marshal (SFM) has established a new Limited License Category (Type L) for the Auttirnatic Extinguishing PI"ograrn. This Type L License allows the building owner or lessee who- has trained and experienced employees #o conduct inspections, annual testing, and maintenance of wet- pipe sprinkler systems, standpipe- systems or private fire service mains in s#ructures or properties they own or lease. I# should ~be noted that this license does not include five-year certification.
