TO ALL AFFECTED AND INTERESTED PARTIES:
During the regulatory process to amend Section 632, Title 14, California Code of
Regulations, regarding south coast marine protected areas, changes were made to the
originally proposed regulatory language.
Because these regulations are different from, yet sufficiently related to, the originally
proposed regulations, the Administrative Procedure Act requires that we make the
changes available to you for a 15-day written comment period.
Enclosed for your review is a disc containing the updated informative digest and the
modified proposed regulatory language, with new additions shown in bold double
underline and deletions shown in bold strike-out,

You may submit written comments to the Commission office and/or attend the
December 15, 2010 hearing in Santa Barbara and offer testimony.
