My name is Dan Forman and I own a 6.2 acre parcel (ascot. # 042-010-088-000), on Bell Estates Dr. Chico 95973.
1 was informed during the land use discussions that I should wait until the zoning discussions to bring up my reques#.
So prior to finalization of the General Plan Zoning, I request zoning that will allow me to subdivide my Parcel into 4 lots
(VLDR1) if l desire.
