Re: Fourteen-Day Notice of Proposal to Implement Developer Fees
Dear: Butte County Board of Supervisors
A public hearing will be held by the Governing Board of the Biggs
Unified School District at its regular meeting of March 5, 2014 ,
in which the Board will consider a resolution implementing school
facilities fees in accordance with Education Code Section 17620 .
The meeting will be held at 7 : 00 p.m. in the Board Room of the
district offices, located at 300 B Street, Biggs, California.
Further information on the costs of school services and
facilities and on other available revenue, including the general
fund, will be available at the District office as of February 21,
2014 .
