Subject: M&T/Llano Seco Fish Screen Facility Long-term Protection Project Public Scoping and Public Meeting
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service(USFWS) and California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) invite you to
participate in the public scoping process for the proposed M&T/Llano Seco Fish Screen Facility Long-term Protection
Project and to provide input on the scope of the Environmental Impact Statement/Environmental Impact Report.The
proposed project would protect and maintain the viability of the M&T Chico Ranch/Llano Seco Rancho fish screen and
pumping facility located at approximately River Mile 192.5 on the Sacramento River in Butte County, California.
You are invited to attend a scoping meeting to learn more about the proposed project, the proposed alternatives, and to
provide comments on the scope of the environmental review to be conducted.
Date:July 27, 2016
Times: 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Location: Chico Masonic Family Center, 1110 W. East Avenue, Chico, CA
A brief presentation will be given at the start of each meeting; 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. Following the presentations, an
open house session will be held for meeting attendees to talk with team members, ask questions and submit comments.

no later than three days prior to the meeting.
If you are unable to attend a meeting, comments can be submitted in writing by mail, email, or fax to either USFWS or
CDFW.
