GrIdle Y The enclosed report, prepared inaccordance with the State Controller's Office
instructions, has been prepared to comply with AB 1389 which added Section
3]684ofthe Health & Safety Code. Apart ofthe new section requires that this
information be provided to the affected taxing agencies as well as to the local
County Auditor's Office. |nthe case ofButte County, CSA #]4and CSA #37are also
provided toyou (one report for the three enti|ies).
Atthe time the GRA was established, Butte County's Auditor's Office proposed to
calculate and disburse all pass thrupayments onthe behalf ofthe Agency. The
Agency agreed tothis method atthe time and the practice continues and is
expected to continue inthe future.
