Subject: Horse Seizure hearing
Hello all:
Tomorrow morning we will hold the post seizure hearing on the 15 horses we took on Dec. Z and 3. We
delayed the hearing at the request of the the horse owner and tomorrow we will complete the presentation of
our evidence to the hearing officer. I believe there will be media present and wanted you to be aware that
there could be coverage of this tomorrow. Let me know if you have any questions.
