Dear Supervisor Conley,

This is a follow-up to my correspondence (with enclosures) sent to you on November 16,
2010. The holidays and New Year's rush are behind us and T am disappointed I have not
heard from you. I realize you have many important items on your agenda, but I do
believe the issue I have raised is a valid concern. I will state again that I believe our
community leaders have a responsibility to their constituents to protect them from
companies (who contract with the County) who do not bill iza a timely manner and
overcharge for services provided through the 911 response. (It is my understanding this
ambulance service is contracted by the County.}
I respectfully request you review my previous correspondence and enclosures. Again, I
would welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss in detail my concerns.
