Pursuant to the provisions of Section 209 of the Welfare and Institutions Code,
the undersigned has conducted an annual inspection of the Butte County facilities used
for the confinement of juveniles as follows:
Butte County Juvenile Hall:
The inspection was made on Wednesday, December 7, 2011 at 3:30 p.m.. Present
were Judge Steven J. Howell, Fresiding Judge; Judge Stephen E. Benson, Assistant
Presiding Judge; nudge Tamara L. Mosbarger, Presiding Judge of the Juvenile Court;
Brian Anderson; Wayne Barley and Nino Pinocchio.
1. The Juvenile Hall is found to be a suitable facility for the detention of minors.
2. The management of the Juvenile Hall is such that the operation is cast effective.
The goals and objectives of the institution are met in an efficient manner. Minors
detained at the facility, on a short term as well as long term basis, are involved in
programs and are afforded quality care.
3. There are no physical deficiencies at the facility and general maintenance is of
high quality.

ORDER:
The Clerk of this Court is directed to file this Annual Inspection Report and to
spread the same upon the minutes of this Court; and further, the Clerk is requested to
send a copy hereof to the following:
