Dear Honorable Butte County Board of Supervisors,
I am writing you concerning the automatic raises for Assistant Department Heads. In a time where there are
County employees on IayofF, there have been no colas for over three and ane half years, and we the workers have had
to absorb two health insurance increases, this action of automatic raises for Assistant Department Heads would be
deplorable.
I urge you to please deny this action until all workers can share in raises and our PERS retirement.
