RE: Response to Butte County's Singh Unit & Removal of Eucalyptus Trees Letter
Dear Mr. Crump,
Thank you for your inquisition regarding the eucalyptus trees bordering the Singh parcel. At this
time, State Parks is not planning to remove the eucalyptus trees. We had been approached by
public interest persons requesting that we consider cutting said trees down. We considered the
action, but have decided to wait until the Encroachment Permit issue with the Central Valley
Flood Protection Board is resolved.
In regards to the River Road right -of -way boundary resolution, we have initiated discussion with
our real ro ert branch so as we, State Parks and Butte County, can resolve the boundary issue.

Upon our review of the in -house documents, we look forward to meeting with you to discuss and
clarify the boundary issues in a timely manner.
If it is determined following our right -of -way discussion, that a County Encroachment permit is
needed to remove the eucalyptus trees, State Parks will assuredly apply for the permit.
Sincerely,
y
