The sole purpose of the proposed Amendment is to add new territory (the "Added Gridle y Territory") to the Project. The Statement of Preparation included an advisory statement that the Agency intended to use the 2006-07 tax roll as the Base Year Assessment Roll for Added Territory tax increment collection purposes. Please be advised that it is now 685 Kentucky Screen the intention of the Agency to use the 2007-08 tax roll as the Base Year Assessment Roll for Added Territory tax increment collection purposes. Gridley,CA 95948 Please also be advised that from this point forward the Amendment will be referred to as the "2008 Amendment," no longer the "2007 Amendment." Included with this letter for your information and ease of reference is a duplicate copy of the previously transmitted legal description and map of the Added Territory and larger Project. The Agency hereby requests that County andt State officials charged with the responsibility of allocating taxes under Health ands Safety Code Section 33670 prepare and then transmit the report(s)described in Health and Safety Code Section 33328.5(b)to the Agency and the affected taxing entities. For your information, the Added Territory includes County Service Area Nos. 34 and 37, and County library and welfare assessments(part of the County General Fund).
