Dear Supervisors:
I am writing to correct a typographical error set forth in my September 16, 2010, letter to the
Board of Supervisors. In that letter, I misstated one of the APN numbers of the property owned
by Signalized Intersection West. More specifically, APN No. 011-280-121 was incorrectly used,
the correct APN No. is 017-090-140.
