They asked that I communicate this to you. Another problem still remains and that is the juveniles, who apparently set the fire on Old Skyway and seem to use Old Skyway as a place for illegal activities. Last night at about 9 PM, I called 911 to report that fireworks were being ignited near or at the look out point. I used 911 because of the imminent fire danger that exists. This date, Birgitte Molvig found the remains of the ignited fire works and took them to the Magalia Sheriff's Office. I would again ask for random night- time patrols. Also the A frame house on Old Skyway is currently unoccupied. However, walking my dog one morning, I saw a female in the house. This is another reason for night- time patrols. Thank you and the various agencies for their efforts to secure the safety of the residents of Old Skyway. Sincerely, _ Frances Simmons Cc: Cal- Fire Northern Region Attn.: Greg McFadden 176 Nelson Oroville, Ca. 95965 Q Kory L. Honea, Sheriff Sheriffs Department 33 County Center Dr. Croville, Ca 95965
