2014, and fire damage on -looker.
Dear Supervisor Teeter;
While my neighbors and I appreciated the visit of the SWAP deputies (reference C)
regarding the "Scotch Broom" forest (noted in reference A), I note that no further
action appears to have taken place. I would suggest that this time frame would be
excellent as there was rain last night. Rain, of course, loosens the soil around the
roots and making extracting the plants with roots more efficient and assures that
they will not return near term. I have done this in the past after a rain, but I am age
70 and not able to undertake so extensive a project.
I would greatly appreciate a status on the removal of the Scotch Broom as would my
neighbors, who are equally endangered by it. Also could you tell me what the status
is of having random night- time Sheriff patrols on Old Skyway?
Best regards,
Frances Simmons
