This declaration is a result of damages caused by the Humboldt and Ophir Fires that started on June 10 and 11, 2008. The Governor's Office of Emergency Services is providing the enclosed information regarding this declaration. Please inform interested individuals, businesses, and city officials within your county of this declaration and information.
