I am as citizen of the United States and a citizen in the County of Butte,
I am over the age of eighteen years old and not a party to the within action. My resident
address is 220 Windrose Ct., Chico, Ca. 95973. 1 am readily familiar with the County's
practice for collection and processing of correspondence/docurnents for mailing with the
United States Postal Service and that said correspondence/dOCUments are deposited with
the United States Postal Service in the ordinary course of business the same day.
On February 28, 2017, 1 served the within Notice of I-h1justifiable Property Tax
on the interested parties in said action by placing as true copy two pages, initiated and
dated thereof in a sealed envelope and following ordinary business practices, said
envelope was placed for mailing and collection in the appropriate place for all mail
collected for deposit with the United States Postal Services on the above date and
addressed as indicated below.
I declare under penalty ofpejury that the foregoing is true and correct under the
laws of the State of'California and that,this declaration was executed this February 28,
2017 at Chico, California.

NOTICE
To: All parties addressed above,
Once again I find myself forced with the hardship and stress brought on by
this unjustifiable tax attached to my property. Along with the confusion and the
hardship I endure, its becoming increasingly harder to maintain my property
properly, and to provide sustenance for my family, yet, I am to believe your
offices and the persons elected to fill thein are not at arrns length from one
another or the laws they are sworn to understand and uphold,
To spite its large sum, I find the absence of any itemized documents,
stamped policies or correspondence to be quite unsettling.
My constitutional rights, under the IV and V amendments are clearly
being violated by the local, state, and county governments. It is not by my
unpreparedness, that all my hard work and planning for my retirement is lost at
the age of 61, 1 do not "foresee any retirement for myself being a reality, any time
soon.
You are now in receipt of this notice concerning fraud, conspiracy, and
extortion. Crimes that I feel are premeditated and committed against me by
withholding full disclosure of said bill and its excessiveness.
I trust until the legal matter is settled in a fair and realistic manner, all
fines, fees and penalties WILL NOT be attached to my property and any or all
forms of harassment stops here.
