The Glenn County Board of Supervisors wiN conduct a Public Hearing on July 7, 2015 at 9-30 a.m., or,as soon thereafter
,as may be heard, at the Glenn County Board of Supervisors Chambers, 525 West Sycamore Street, Willows, CA to
consider whether to becorne a Groundwater Sustainability Agency under the Sustainable Groundwater Management
Act of 2014 for the portions of the Colusa, Corning, and West Butte subbasins of the Sacramento Valley groundwater
basin as depicted by Department of Waiter Resources Bulletin J.J.8 that are within the boundaries of Glenn County.
The proposed resolution and supporting documentation will be available at the Board of Supervisor's office located at
525 'Wes-t Sycamore Street, Wfflows, CA during normM business hours Monday through Friday beginning at noon June
29, 2015"
Written comments should be submitted to Glenn County to the attention of Lisa Hunter,Water Resource Coordinator,
and received no later,than 5:00 p.m. on July 5, 2015, to P,O. Box 351, Willows, CA, 95988 or by email to

During the hearing, the Board of Supervisors will allow oral comments, and wili receive additional written comments
prior to the conclusion of the hearing. The Board Chair may lirrift oral comments to a reasonable length to allow all
attendees to be heard. The Board of Supervisors may take action to elect to become a Groundwater Sustainabifty
Agency and adopt a resolution stating such immediately at the conclusion of the hearing,
