Creep And.
Our specific concerns are:

Commission,aver though thesw Report concluded that the anew operation exceeds the nope of the
permit and determined the permit has lapsed,,not to mention the numerous violations cited.Furthermore,

deep wow aquifer below us,we are In trouble.
As ordinary working citizens, my wife and I have no eamerlenae In these matters,but we feel our rights to
water and quietof our property we are being violated with impunity.We are even more
concerned given theb ground of the operators,particularly Mr.Ogle and his well-documented trail of
deceit and destruction.We do not have the resources or financial ability to stand up to these operators with
their Chicago attorneys and bullying tactics.Therefore,we are appealing to you for help!
