Dear Butte County Supervisors,
I am interested in purchasing AN 068-150-006-000 owned by County of Butte. The
parcel is not build able by itself and access will be hard to obtain from Cal Trans. From
the pictures you can see that the property is in a depression.
The Starr family has already bought and cleaned the corner of Oak Vale and Olive
Highway and Olive Hwy and Oroville Quincy. We will continue cleaning efforts this
fall when the fire danger is low, so when the economy turns around,to be able to build
commercial building on the sites.
We would like to make an offer of$ 10,000.00 for the purchase of the lot.
