Mr. Banner,
Once again, we have "someone else's" septic flowing through our
property during heavy rains. Your refusal to take proper action to stop this was
never acceptable and will no longer be tolerated. You have no right to force us
(or anyone else) to live with someone else's FILTH. The needs of the many
ALWAYS outweigh the needs of the few (or the one). And your comment at
our last meeting "We will have to agree to disagree" was just a polite way to
say "F You. Not acceptable! EVER! If this is the best you can do, I don't
want you on my payroll!
If you find need to inspect our property again, please be aware that
Michael"Kerley will no longer be allowed on our property (with or without a
Sheriffs "Keep"). His acts of aggression and "misstatements" are also not
acceptable.
When I asked you why Darren Jones never returned my phone calls
(about his first visit to inspect our neighbor's septic, which the property
owners would NOT allow him to do - according to him), your reply was that
he (Mr. Jones) was "bashful". You were insinuating that I was trying to "put
the make" on Mr. Jones! Just because YOU think and do things that way
doesn't mean that I do! We made a commitment 21 years ago and meant every
word of it! You owe us a huge apology for that comment!
This situation has been going on for too many years now. If you cannot
take care of your responsibilities, We are sure this county can find someone
who CAN.
Sincerely,
James W. Cohoon Kathryne M. Cohoon
