Park Dr., Magalia. During the year since I've lived here I have repeatedly gone to the POA about the burned trees on the property adjacent to mine, 13778 W. Park Dr. There are several, over a dozen, that are dead or dying because of a house fire that occurred prior to my purchase. This winter one fell. Thankfully it fell onto that property instead of my home. I pride myself on keeping my yard clean of debris. I have had a commercial tree care company remove a couple of trees on my property because of fire damage. They also trimmed up others. CAL FIRE has approved my property. This neighboring property is an eyesore as well as a fire danger. Though the POA "mowed"the former 7th fairway I live on, this neighboring property is not being taken care of.
