Dear Supervisors:
The All Facilities Letter (AFL) 10-28 from the California Department of Public Health (CDPH)
requires that an acute care hospital notify the County Board of Supervisors at least 30 days
before relocating supplemental services. This letter serves as notice that Enloe Medical Center
will move the Comprehensive Breast Care Service. It is located at 251 Cohasset Road, Suite
330 and will move to Suite 220. The expected effective date is July 28, 2014.
Since the service is simply moving within the same building, the usual alternative locations/
services are not included in this notice.
The facility administrator to whom interested parties may offer comments is:

AFL 10-28 also stipulates notice of this transition 1) be sent to CDPH, the local office of which
is in Chico, and 2) be publicly posted at the Center. Both have been done.
