CIROVILLE, CALIFORNIA
I am a landowner in Butte Creek Canyon (AP#017-110-052). The existing General Plan
designation for my property is a combination of Agricultural -Residential and Grazing and Open land.
The proposed General Plan 2030 designation is Agriculture. Given past zoning, land use around our land
and our planned use for the land, I feel that Agriculture is the most appropriate designation.
I hope you deny Mr. Dan Allen's request for a change in the proposed General Plan 2030. Such a
change would require my land to be designated Foothill Residential instead of Agriculture. Agriculture is
the designation most appropriate for Butte Creek Canyon and the one that I would like to maintain.
