Dear Sir,
I am sending this letter respectfully requesting that you take immediate
action to resolve the political fiasco going on concerning concession
control between lessee "Full Time Full Time" and "State Parks &
Recreation" for the Bidwell marina. Lake Oroville. Ca. I am aware
that you are busy, however I and 950 other boat owners are very
unhappy. We have been warned to remove our boats before August 15th
2009, this date was established by FTFT, because they must remove all
buildings, docks, buoys and cables before boat ramps become
inaccessible.This appears to be around Oct . 9th 2009 . I strongly oppose
the decision that Mr Luscotoff and Mr Robert Foster representatives of
the State of Calif . Dept .of Parks & Recreation have made or are making
which could upset the economy around the city of Oroville.
I am very happy with the services that FTFT have given me over pass 30
years . I believe they have done and outstanding job considering having to
fight old mother nature .- Please work with both parties to resolve
differences and save our marina.
