Paradise Midwifery is relocating services to Skyway OBGYN and Midwifery Associates, 111 Raley Blvd.,
Suite 220, Chico, CA., and Feather River Health Center, 5125 Skyway, Paradise, CA. Midwifery Services
will not be available at 771 Buschmann Road, Suite L, Paradise, CA as of October 31, 2014.
Attached please find the copy of the posted public notice.
This is solely a change of location. No personnel or services offered are changing.
