I did diligently pursue this matter, and did make formal presentment by the invoice of which was dated to you, on July 29, 2008 in the amount of $4,205.00, which was fair, reasonable and just given the circumstances. Whereas, I an now demanding that same $4,205.00 with penalties and interests. I am noticing you, that your silence is acquiescence to all terms and conditions presented herein, as I have stated and presented them on the record. I am demanding immediate payment to bring this matter current. If you fail to do so, then, you are hereby noticed that additional fees and penalties, incurring time penalties, late penalties, as well as interest fees, (accrued at the rate of .10% annually) will be added on to the total restitution amount of $4,205.00. Whereas, it would prudent to conclude this matter. You hereby are under notice that you have until September 27, 2008 to make final and complete payment to resolve this matter, or to avoid the additional fees, penalties and interests. I NIENIORANDUM AT LAW: SECOND NOTICE AND DEMAND FOR PAYMENT It would be lawful and proper to timely address this matter and make prompt payment as soon as possible as you are in default. For your convenience, I have enclosed a second courtesy copy of your invoice which was formally served upon you in the amount of $4,205.00, for your prompt payment. If you could, please respond to me within fifteen (15) days, in writing to the return mailing address noted above, send my payment and include a statement of accounting, as I am under exigent circumstances to get these items replaced.
