This is the third set of 100 signatures we have sent you. Chico Sky Watch is a local educational organization focussed on informing the public about these Solar Radiation Management programs. Over the past 6 years we have had rain and local bodies of water tested by our state certified testing laboratory. Chico residents are now increasingly aware of the build up of particulate aluminum oxide in our rain water, lakes, and ponds. We realize that if it's in the rain, it's in the air. The petition explains the severe impact these programs are having on the health of all life on earth. Keeping in mind that you are charged with the protection of the people, we are requesting that you demand the termination of these dangerous and scientifically unproven programs. We request a response regarding what you plan to do.
