Call to order - special meeting of the Board of Supervisors was
called to order at 10:15 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors room, 25
County Center ]}rive, Oraville. Present: Supervisors Mclnturf,
Wheeler, Vercruse and Chair Aolan; Martin J. Nichols, chief
administrative officer; Harvey Wallace, county counsel; and Rubye
Townsley, deputy clerk of the Board.
Absent: Supervisor Fulton.
87-25 The purpose of the special Board meeting was for a closed session
to discuss the Chico lawsuits.
Closed Session: The Board recessed at 10:17 a.m. for a closed
session an Chico lawsuits (Mall, Central Chico
Redevelopment Agency and Southeast Chico
Redevelopment Agency).
Reconvene: The Board reconvened at 12:17 p.m. (NO
ANNOUNCEMENTS.)
Adjournment: There being nothing further before the Board at
this time the meeting was adjourned at 12:7.7 p,m.
to reconvene at 9:00 a.m. on January 20, 1987.
