Supervisors Campbell, Fulton, Mclnturf, McLaughlin and Chair Dolan present. William H. Randolph, chief administrative officer; and Carol Roach, assistant clerk of the Board. Consent Agenda 91-21 1. 1991 Butte County Fair Budget -- Board approval of the Fair's budget in the amount of $837,15© is requested. As presented the budget is unbalanced in the amount of $56,380. Ultimate approval of the budget rests with the Division of Fairs and Exhibitions who will approve a balanced budget with the adjustment of expenditures and/or revenue as necessary. No County fiscal impact - action requested - APPROVE BUDGET AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 2. Board of Forestry Fire Safe Regulations - required is a letter to the State Board of Forestry indicating the County's intent to submit an ordinance package for certification - action requested - DIRECT PLANNING DIRECTOR TO SEND LETTER. MOTION: MOVE TO AUTHORIZE THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE AIR RESOURCES BOARD TO BORROW ONE, AND POSSIBLY TWO, INDIVIDUALS TO SERVE ON AN INTERIM BASIS AS AIR POLLUTION CONTROL OFFICER AND A TECHNICAL ADVISOR.
