Ca11 to order - the special meeting of the Board of Supervisors
was called to order at 11:15 a.m. in the Board of Supervisors
roam, County Administration Building, 25 County Center Drive,
Oroville. Present: Supervisors Fulton, McTnturt, Vercruse and
Chair Dolan; Martin J. Nichols, chief administrative officer and
clerk of the Board; and Harvey GFallace, county caunsel.
Absent: Supervisor Mcf,aughlin.
87--26 The purpose of the special Board meeting was for a closed session
to discuss the Chico lawsuits.
Closed Session: The Board recessed at 11:15 a.m. far a closed
session on the Chico lawsuits (Mall Central
Chico Redevelopment Agency and Southeast
Chico Redevelopment Agency.)
Reconvene: The Board reconvened at 12:17 p.m. ENO ANNOi3NCEMENTS.?
Adjournment: There being nothing further before the Board
at this time the meeting was adjourned at
12:18 p.m.
