APPOINTED CYRTL E. WILLIAPSS, DELEGATE, AND EARL L. McCAULEY, ALTERNATE, REPRESENTING TiiE CHTCO CHAPTER OF THE CALIFORNIA VETERANS SQUARE DAIdCE ASSOCIATION TO SERVE UNTIL DECEMBER 31, 1987. 2. Butte Gaunty Library donations -- in accordance with Government Code Section 25355, the following donations have been received: $2,405 from Chico Friends of the Library for the purchase of books and subscriptions; and 5200 from Auxiliary Na. 218, Fraternal Order of Eagles far the purchase of books. ACCEPTED DONATIONS AND AUTHORIZED LETTERS pF APPRECIATION. 3. Law Library transfer -the Law Library Board of Trustees requests Board approval of a $69.35 transfer from the Carleton .Gray trust fund Fund 1080) to the Law Library's operating fund {Fund 1098}. AUTHORIZED TRANSFER OF FUNDS. 4. School impact fees - an issue has arisen concerning the applicability of increased school impact fees to four impacted properties wherein the building permit application was made prior to the new fees. Environmental impact report contract - Planning Associates - the contract covers preparation of a draft environmental impact report for John Hogan and the County of Butte. Certificates of appreciation - certificates of appreciation have been prepared for retiring California Department of Forestry employees Hector Reed, Donald J. O'Connell, Raymond Id. Swett, Bill J. Motion: AUTHORIZED AN APPEAL OF JUDGMENT TO THE THIRD DISTRICT COURT OF APPEALS TO ESTABLISH THE PRINCIPLE THAT WHEN AN ANT'lEXATION OCCURS, AND FINANCIAL IMPACTS ARE INVOLVED, THOSE FINANCIAL IMPACTS MUST BE ADDRESSED IN THE ENVIRONPIENTAL IMPACT REPORT. Marcum, et al, Forest Ranch - a petition containing 63 signatures has been received requesting sheriff patrol ser- vices at night in the Forest Ranch area. (REFERRED TO SHERIFF.} b. State Employment Development Department -writes sending notice of initial and final audit determination for the financial and compliance audit on Subgrant Nos. 8300-2924, 8300-2577 and 84-02-0377-4753-00 regarding the Jab Training Partnership Act funds during the period October 1, 1983 through June 30, 1985. The finding of the audit is that no casts are being disallowed or questioned by the state. (REFERRED TO AUDITOR/CONTROLLER AND JOB TRAINING PARTNERSHIP ACT.) c.
