RECONVENE: The Berard of Supervisors reconvened at 9:08 a.m, pursuant
to adjournment of January 18, 1985.
Present: Supervisors Dolan, McTnturf, McLaughlin, Wheeler and
Chairman Fulton.
85-39 CLOSED SESSION: The Board recessed at 9:09 a.m, for a continued
closed session on the Jones vs. Brooks litigation.
RECONVENE: The Board reconvened at 10:49 a.m, following a closed
session. {NO ANNOUNCEMENTS MADE.)
ADJbURNMENT: There being nothing further before the Board at this
time, the meeting was adjourned at 10:50 a.m, to reconvene
at 9:00 a.m. on January 29, 19$5.
