RECONVENE: The Board reconvened in the Chico City Council Chambers at
7:QO p,m „ pursuant to recess on January 29, 1985.
Present: Supervisors Dolan, Mclnturf, Wheeler and Chairman Fulton;
Martin J. Nichols, chief administrative officer; Del Siemsen, county
counsel; and Rubye Townsley, deputy clerk of the Board.
Absent: Supervisor McLaughlin.
85-64 Public hearing held jointly with Chico City Council on the Nitrate
Action Plan for the Chico area. (NO ACTION TAKEN.)
Adjournment: There being nothing further before the Soard, the meeting
was adjourned at 8:40 p.m. to reconvene at 9:00 a.m. on
February S, 1985, in the Board of Supervisors Room, Oroville.
