Call to Order - Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, the
Butte County Board of Supervisors called to order a Special
Meeting/workshop held at the Elks Lodge No. 423, 1705 Manzanita
Avenue, Chico. Supervisors present: Beeler, Dolan, Houx,
Yamaguchi, and Chair Josiassen. Also present: John S.
Blacklock, Chief Administrative Officer; Bruce Alpert, County
Counsel; and Marion Reeves, Assistant Clerk of the Board.
