JTPA signature authorization - a resolution has been prepared designating the Personnel Director to sign documents relating to activities of the Joint Training Partnership Act. North Chico Area Sanitary Sewer Feasibility Study - an agreement for engineering services has been prepared with the engineering firm of Rolls, Anderson & Rolls to prepare a feasibility report for a proposed sanitary sewer trunk line to serve an area north of Chico in an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. Action requested: APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 20. Welfare contract modifications - the State Department of Social (Cont'd) Services is proposing technical changes in the Parent Education Network - Contract and Family Service Association Contract which are funded with AB 1733 monies. Alcohol Treatment Services Contract a contract has been prepared with Ken Schonlau in an amount not to exceed $2,500.00 to provide technical assistance in developing alternatives far delivering alcohol treatment services, primarily in the area of inpatient status. Budget transfer 8~-153 has been prepared to provide the necessary funding. Action requested: APPROVE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 23. Family Planning Contract Amendment ~ an amendment has been prepared to Contract No. 8381020 A-0 with the State Department of Health Services providing for an increase in revenue totalling $16,30D.00 and extending the term of the contract through Uune 30, 1984. Action requested: APPROVE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRN~AN TO SIGN. 24.~ 1983-84 Dental Disease Prevention Contract and subcontract amendments - an amendment has been prepared to the Dental Disease Prevention Contract with the State Department of Health Services and a subcontract with the Northern Sacramento Valley Rural Health Project. The amendments total $11,250.00 in revenue and extend the contracts through June 30, 1984. Action requested: APPROVE CONTRACT AMENDMENTS AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 25. Gridley Library landscaping -- Spencer Robinson, Robinson Construction Company, has offered to donate 90 yards of cobbled rock valued at $826.00 for landscaping at the Gridley Branch Library.
