Approval of minutes - action requested - APPROVE MINUTES OF FEBRUARY 14, 1989 AND FEBRUARY 17, 1989. 2. Appointment to Oroville Memorial Hall Committee - action requested - APPOINT LESTER HOKE, DELEGATE AND JDE KRECIDLO, ALTERNATE REPRESENTING SUBMARINE VETS WWII TO TERMS EXPIRING DECEMBER 31, 1989. 3. Sheryl Renee Collins, Oroville - files a claim in the amount of 5150,000 as a result of alleged damages and injuries sustained on or about November 21, 1988 involving her arrest - action requested - REJECT CLAIM AND REFER TO COUNTY COUNSEL AND RISK MANAGEMENT. 4. Payment of time expired warrant - harry Whiteside - a request has been received for payment of a time expired warrant issued on December 13, 1985 in the amount of $26 for jury and witness fees - action requested -AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF TIME EXPIRED WARRANT. 8. Salary ordinance amendment establishing the classification of Superior Court staff attorney for the Superior Court as part of trial court funding - action requested - WAIVE THE SECOND READING AND ADOPT ORDINANCE 2736. 9. Ordinance amending Section 24-304 of the Butte County Code regarding temporary mobile homes - action requested - WAIVE THE SECOND READING AND ADOPT ORDINANCE 2737. 10. Resolution proclaiming June 25, 1989, the 39th anniversary of the Korean War, a day of remembrance for those who fought in defense of their country - action requested - ADOPT RESOhUTION 89-02b AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 11. Attorney services agreement - an agreement h as b e e n prepared with the firm of Carroll, Burdick and McDonough to represent the county in litigation - action requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. 12. Occupation Health Systems, Inc. agreement - the agreement provides for establishment of an Employee Assistance Program, effective April 1, 1989 as part of agreements with employee organizations. The agreement is in the annual amount of $33,000 - action requested - APPROVE AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE PERSONNEh DIRECTOR TO SIGN, SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY COUNTY COUNSEL AS TO FORM. 13. Amendment to Women, Infants and Children agreement - an amendment has been prepared to agreement 88-94224 which will a11ow Butte County to increase the monthly WIC caseload to 2,910 participants and provides for federal funding in the amount of $32 735 - action requested - APPROVE AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN. Area Agency on Aging - requests a letter of support attesting to the Board's commitment to serve older citizens as part of the planning and service area plan for 1989-1993 - action requested - APPROVE LETTER OF SUPPORT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN TO SIGN.
