He stated that once a person gets. on Welfare it is hard to get him off. The Court Order read. and discussed, Mr. Blackstock stated 'chat this case has already beer. appealed. He stated that it is interesting to nEte that the relief being requested is part of the Governor°s reform of the Welfare programs Mr. Blackstock stated that he would keep the Board informed in the matter, Mr. Blackstock reported on the letter received from Mr..Wight eoncex'ning the Paradise Irrigation District. He stated he had sent a letter to the Board members concerning Chas matter, which he felt was self~expla*r.atory.
