special meetinglworkshop in the City of Chico Council Chambers, 421 Main Street,
Chico. Present: Supervisors V. Meyer, Houx, Thomas and Chair McLaughlin. Not
present: Supervisor Dolan. Susan Minasian, County Counsel; Sean Farrell,
Adnvnistrative Analyst; and Carol Roach, Assistant Clerk of the Board.

Agreement, an amendment to the State Water Project Contract between the
Department of Water Resources and Butte County. Representatives from the State
Water Contractors Association and the Department of Water Resources will present
