Call to order - pursuant to Section 54956 of the
California Government Code, a special meeting/workshop of
the Board on Wednesday, March 19, 1997 at 1:00 p.m. in
the City of Chico Council Chambers, 421 Main Street,
Chico. Present: Supervisors Beeler, Houx and Vice Chair
Josiassen. Not Present: Supervisor Dolan and Chair
Davis. Susan Minasian, County Counsel, and Sean Farrell,
Deputy Clerk of the Board.
Pledge of allegiance to the Flag of the United States of
America.

97-95 Introductions by Panel Moderator Tom Parilo, Director-

97-96 Overview of water resources programs and funding,
including Proposition 204 grants, loans, and other
