Present: Supervisors Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan; Martin J. Nichols, chief administrative officer; Harvey Wallace, county counsel, by Dan Montgomery, chief deputy county counsel.; and Rubye Townsley, deputy clerk of the Board. Pledge of allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America. Consent Agenda 87-149 1. Bangor apparatus building - the community of Bangor requests autharizati:on for the Board to approve construction of an apparatus building on county property with the understanding that the building will become county owned and will be used far Fire Department approved purposes only. AUTHORIZED CONSTRUCTION OF BUILDING ON COUNTY PROPERTY AS REQUESTED. 2. Brynwood Fark FUD, Lot 14 - a request for waiver of applica- tion fees for a variance to building setback lines has been received and is recommended by the Public Works Director. WAIVED APPLICATION FEES FOR VARIANCE. 3. Butte County Agriculture Day - a resolution has been prepared declaring Marsh 18. 1987 as Butte County Agriculture Day. ADOPTED RESOLUTION 87-47 AND AUTHORIZED THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 4. Special Olympics recognition - a resolution has been prepared recognizing the Butte County Special Olympics silent auction to be held on March 26, 1987. ADOPTED RESOLUTION 87-48 AND AUTHORIZED THE CHAIR TO SIGN. 5. Neat-A-Child Program - a resolution has been prepared recognizing the Ident-A-Child Program "unrehearsed fashion show" to be held March 28, 1987.
