Call to order recessed meeting of March 21, 1989 -- Board of
Supervisors room, County Administration Building, 25 County
Center Drive, Oroville. Supervisors Mclnturf, McLaughlin,
Vercruse and Chairman Fulton present. Supervisor Dolan not
present. Susan Roff. county counsel; Mike Pyeatt, clerk of
the Board; and Carol Roach, assistant clerk of the Board.
59-3.40 Employment contract w~.th William H. Randolph for chief
administrative officer to become effective March 31, 1989 -
action requested -APPROVE CONTRACT AND AUTHORIZE THE CHAIRMAN
TO SIGN.
