Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville. Present: Supervisors
Fulton, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chairman McInturf.
Martin J. Nichols, chief administrative officer; and Cathy Pitts,
assistant clerk to the Board. Absent: Supervisor Dolan.
88--187 Selection of Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of Weights and

CLOSED SESSION: The Board recessed at 9:16 a.m. to hold a closed
session for further consideration of the selection
of the Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of
Weights and Measures.
{SUPERVISOR DOLAN PRESENT AT THIS TIME.)
RECONVENE: The Board reconvened at 10:45 a.m. following a closed
session far further consideration of the selection of the
Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of Weights and
Measures. (NO DECISIONS WERE MADE AND THERE WERE NO
ANNOUNCEMENTS.)
(CONTINUED UNTIL APRIL 5, 1988.)
ADJOURNMENT: There being nothing further before the Board at this
time, the meeting was adjourned at 10:46 a.m. to
reconvene on Tuesday, April 5, 19$8 at 9:00 a.m.
