Steven Marc Stapleton, attorney - on behalf of Paul Harold Koenig, files a cliam in the amount of $2,000,000 as a result of alleged damages incurred an January 21, 1984, at the Butte County Jail. Action requested: DENY CLAIM AND REFER TO COUNTY COUNSEL AND RISK MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR. 7. Systems and Computer Technology - files a claim for refund of taxes in the amount of $1,316.02 and expenses of $575 for fiscal year 1983-84 in accordance with Revenue and Taxation Code Section 107.6.
