Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, the Butte County
Board of Supervisors called to order a Special Meeting of
the Board in the Board of Supervisors Room, County
Administration Building, 25 County Center Drive, Oroville.
Supervisors present: Beeler, Dolan, Houx, Yamaguchi, and
Chair Josiassen. Also present: John S. Blacklock, Chief
Administrative Officer; Bruce Alpert, County Counsel; and
Dorothy Bell, Deputy Clerk of the Board.
Pledge Allegiance to the Flag of the United States of
America.
