Call to order - a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors
called pursuant to Government Code Section 54956, Board of
Supervisors Room, County Administration Building, 25 County
Center Drive, Oroville. Present: Supervisors Beeler,
Josiassen and Chair Davis. John S. Blacklock, Chief
Administrative Officer and Marion Reeves, Deputy Clerk of the
Board. Not present: Supervisors Dolan and Houx.
