NARROWED THE DECISION TO SEVERAL CANDIDATES AND WOULD ASK THE
PERSONNEL DIRECTOR TO CHECK INTO THE REFERENCES OF THOSE CANDI-
DATES. THE MATTER IS TO BE FINALIZED ON .TUNE 9, 1983, FOLLOWING
THE PUBLIC HEARING ON THE OUTDOOR FESTIVAL).
