Subject: Budget transfers
B-224 - Gridle Justice Court. Transfers $1,350 between line items
to cover current and projected deficits in extra help and office expense.
8-225 - Air Pollution Control. Transfers $17 from publications and
legal notices to fixed assets to cover unanticipated expenses on the
purchase of a calculator.
B-225 - Community Action Program. Transfers approximately $23,000
to establish the Rural Senior Services Project and includes various in-kind
contribution matching requirements. Funding is from federal USDA programs.
6-228 - Buildings and Grounds Maintenance IS F. Transfers $5,375 to
cover current deficits and anticipated expenditures to the end of the
7.981-82 fiscal year. Household expenses were greater than anticipated and
there was no allowance made to cover the cost of transportation of janitors
between memorial halls.
B-229. - Superior Court/Grand Jury. Transfers $14,892 between various
ine items to cover current and projected deficits in professional and
pecialized services.
B-236 - Assessor. Transfers $4,700 from salaries and wages to fixed
ssets - equipment to cover the purchase of a Xerox 740 per the Board of
upervisors agenda item of this date.
