Call to order a special meeting of the Board of Supervisors
pursuant to Government Code Section 54956 - Board of Supervisors
Room, County Administration Building, 25 County Center Dxive,
Oroville. Supervisors present: Houx, Josiassen, Davis, and Chair
Dolan. Also present: John S. Blacklick, Chief Administrative
Officer; Susan Minasian, County Counsel; and Marion Reeves,
Assistant Clerk of the Board. Not present: Supervisor Beeler.
CHAIR DOLAN STATED THAT THE INTENDED PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING
WAS TO DISCUSS THE PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS WHICH WOULD BE THE
CRITERIA UPON WHICH DEPARTMENT HEADS WERE TO BE EVALUATED, HOWEVER,
THAT DISCUSSION WOULD NOT BE OCCURRING. CHAIR DOLAN APOLOGTZED TO
THE DEPARTMENT HEADS WHO WERE REQUIRED TO CLEAR THEIR SCHEDULES TO
ATTEND TODAY'S MEETING. (29)
