SPECTAL BOARD MEETTNG
June 1~ 1987
Call to order - Board of Supervisors room, County Administration
Building, 25 County Center Drive, 4roville. Present: Supervisors
Fulton, McInturf, McLaughlin, Vercruse and Chair Dolan.
Martin J. Nichols, chief administrative officer; Harvey Wallace,
county counsel; and Cathy Pitts, assistant clerk to the Board.
CLOSED SESSION: The Board recessed at 10:25 a.m. to hold a closed
session to discuss litigation between the County
of Butte and City of Chico.
RECONVENE: The Board reconvened at 12:13 p.m. following a closed
session regarding litigation. (NO ANNOUNCEMENTS ANA NO
ACTIONS WERE TAKEN A5 A RESULT OF THE CHIGO LAWSUITS.)
CHAIR DOLAN ABSENT AT THIS TIME.
ADJOURNMENT: There being nothing further before the Board at this
tame the meeting was adjourned at 12:14 p.m. to
reconvene vn Tuesday, June 16, 19$7 at 9:00 a.m.
